Course Description

Online course designed to provide the knowledge needed to implement and manage a HACCP-based food safety system compliant to EU-wide regulations.

HACCP Food Safety course | EC Regulation 852/2004 is designed to ensure that food right across the EU is safe to eat. The regulation requires all food businesses to operate a food safety management system based on the 7 HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles.

Course Audience

The regulation also requires employees receive ‘appropriate’ HACCP training so they can implement, manage, or work within the HACCP system safely. One further requirement is to show ‘appropriate’ training has taken place.

Course Objective

Helpful for managers in any food business and It is designed to help compliance with EC Regulation 852/2004.

At the end of the course there is a 20-question, multiple-choice assessment. Participants must achieve a minimum pass mark to evidence understand and receive their completion certificate.

The HACCP course for food staff it aims to illustrate the fundamental characteristics of the HACCP method, the differences between food self-control and HACCP, and to ensure that food staff receive training and / or training on food hygiene, in relation the type of activity, aimed at strengthening the correct behaviors for hygiene in the workplace and increasing awareness of the dangers of transmission of diseases through food.

Who Should Take This Course?

The Level 2 HACCP course is suitable for employees at all levels within a food business. This includes full-time, part-time and temporary workers. The course aims to provide a comprehensive introduction to HACCP and teaches learners about what they can do to help their business implement the system and comply with the law.

If you’re a manager or a supervisor of a food business then you should take our Level 3 HACCP course.

Payment Terms:

Payment of £1,000gbp is due in full at the time of registration.

Rescheduling Policy:

You may reschedule prior to 15 days before your class date at no charge.
If you would like to reschedule 14 days or less prior to your class date, there will be a £100 rescheduling fee

Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled class date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled class date will receive an 85% refund.

Cancellations within 15 days of the scheduled class date will not receive a refund.
Any cancellations that affect the group discount rates will be refunded according to both the discount and cancellation policies

UK ITA Group Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course with at least one week’s notice to the customer. Should the course be canceled or rescheduled, customers have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
